We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 days, but some may take longer. Once your order is prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled, and billing or shipping details cannot be modified. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
If your package or item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please contact us at info@topmajestic.com as soon as possible. Our goal is for you to every item you order and for everything to arrive in perfect condition.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Our main carrier for domestic orders is Canada Post, but we may use alternative carriers if needed. Orders over $150.00 qualify for FREE domestic shipping, while standard shipping rates apply to orders under $150.00. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days. However, depending on your location, it may take up to 7 business days, and remote areas may take up to 13 business days. We will provide you with a Canada tracking number once your order has shipped. While we strive to ensure that your order arrives on time and in perfect condition, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or service interruptions may cause delays.
USA SHIPPING
During checkout, the cost of Usa shipping is calculated and may fluctuate depending on your location. For the majority Usa orders, we use Fedex as our shipping provider. Please keep in mind that Usa orders cannot be returned or refunded.

DELIVERY ISSUES
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is correct. If an incorrect address is provided, please inform us immediately to attempt to rectify the situation. Once the package is sent, we cannot guarantee that Canada Post will be able to change the delivery. TopMajestic is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been shipped. For any delivery issues, please contact the carrier with your tracking information.
